Are your items handmade?

Yes. Each handmade item is created with care, so small variations may occur and make your piece unique.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, custom options are available on selected products. Please review the choices on the product page or contact us before ordering if you need help.

How much is shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping automatically at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup is not currently available. All orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout.

How long does processing take?

Processing time depends on the product and whether it is ready-made or custom. Please check the product description for the most current processing estimate.

Do you accept returns?

Eligible non-custom items may be returned according to our Return and Refund Policy. Personalized, custom, and certain body-worn items may not be returnable.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email cheydene@lilmamacreations.com within three days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
